Dorge Huang and its new Firenock G

Firenock

Firenock is back in business.

You may recall that Easton recently bought Tracer Arrow and the patent for magnetically activated lighted nocks.

Firenock used a similar magnetic system and was therefore forced to stop production, advertising and sale of its nock.

Firenock went back to desgin board and arrived just in time for the ATA Show with a new product : the Firenock "G".

The new Firenock works without magnetic activation in fact it uses an impact sensor to activate the LED.

Basically as you shot the arrow the brutal acceleration (must be at least 125 FPS) will turn the LED on and it will remain lit until you retrieve the arrow and  let it fall on the nock from at least 8 inches.

Once activated the Firenock it is prevented to be turned off by its internal electronic circuit in order not to be shut off by target impact.

The Firenock G for crossbow arrows comes in only 1 size. it uses in fact 3 precisely size OR rings to fit different arrow diameters.
