RDT Archery
Inc.
RDT believes so firmly in the reverse
draw technology that the company is named after
this. We met Jim Kempf , president of RDT that
showed us the RDT : the design is quite clever as
the stock can be rotated in order to shorten the
crossbow for cocking (especially useful if you are
on a treestand) . The RDT crossbow is available in
two variations with different poundages: the 98
model (taht is actualli a 100 LBS) and the 125 (125
LBS) both share the very similar construction and
both tip the scale at 9 pounds.
They both feature the same trigger
mechanism that does not allow to shoot without an
arrow being present (antry-dry-fire)
Trigger pull is remarkably light at
2lbs.
Both have a long power stroke of
19.75" .
this long power stroke allows the RDT
crossbot to be extremely fast at 315 FPS (for the
98) and 345 for the 125 model.
Both arrow speeds are measured with a
350 grains arrow.
