Thumbhole stock

Foregrip

LegendXT compared to StelathX2 |

Ergonomics
The crossbow is
very nice to handle thanks to its very well
designed stock. The Stock is quite different
from Tenpoint’s or Excalibur that are somewhat
“thin”, in contrast Horton’s is quite fat and
very nice top handle . The foregrip is something
that I appreciated very much, being a bridge
design, allows the fingers to grasp firmly and,
most important, to stay safe well below the
rail. The bow balance however is a bit too
forward. Understandably it pays the price of
having large aluminum cams, machined foot
stirrup and machined yoke system that add weight
forward.
I also appreciated
the possibility to change stock length (via
optional modules), the Monte Carlo and cheek
piece.
Talking about coking system you
can opt for the classic rope system or a crank
module (EZ-Winder) that is mounted on the rear
of the stock, this must be removed prior to
shooting , even if it lacks the convenience of
Tenpoint’s it is functional nonetheless |
